Abstract


With the development of higher education in China, the physical health of college students has become a focal point of attention. University counselors play a pivotal role in guiding students to participate in sports activities, which is crucial for enhancing students physical fitness, fostering their team spirit, and promoting their overall development. This paper aims to explore effective strategies and practical approaches for Chinese university counselors in this regard. Through an analysis of the current situation and existing problems, combined with relevant educational theories and practical cases, this study seeks to provide valuable insights and references for counselors to better fulfill their responsibilities and promote students holistic growth.
