Research on the Evaluation System of Labor Education Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges
Abstract
This study aims to construct a scientific evaluation system for labor education courses in Higher Vocational Colleges to enhance their effectiveness and relevance. By analyzing the connotation and characteristics of labor education, its core value within vocational education is clarified. A comprehensive evaluation index system encompassing four dimensionspractical ability, ideological and moral development, innovative capacity, and healthy livingis established. Employing a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative and qualitative analysis, the study utilizes questionnaire surveys and data analysis to verify the reliability and validity of the index system and identify key factors influencing evaluation outcomes. The results indicate that current evaluations of labor education commonly suffer from a lack of systematization and insufficient operational feasibility. Consequently, this research proposes specific improvement suggestions, including optimizing indicator design, enhancing the adaptability of the system, and improving implementation practicality. These measures are intended to promote the quality of labor education courses and support the holistic development of students, encompassing moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education.
