Study on the Construction of an AI-Driven Human-Machine Collaborative Feedback Model for Adult English Writing

Jintian Chen

Abstract

The integration of AI into adult English writing education has emerged as a transformative approach to enhancing writing proficiency and feedback effectiveness. This paper presents an AI-human collaborative feedback model for adult English writing, based on human-computer interaction, collaborative learning, and second language acquisition theories. The hybrid model operates on fourprinciples:complementarity, adaptability, transparency, and pedagogical soundness.Grounded in sociocultural theory, cognitive load theory, and zone of proximal development,it addresses limitations of purely automated or human feedback approaches. The paper discusses implementation strategies, ethical considerations, and future research for advancing AI-assisted writing feedback in adult education.
