Abstract
Against the backdrop of the digital economy, the persistent shortage of digital talent has emerged as a critical constraint on industrial upgrading. Anchored in the theoretical framework of innovation ecosystems, this study explores the symbiotic relationships among diverse stakeholders involved in digital talent brand cultivation. Adopting a collaborative perspective that encompasses government, industry, academia, research, and application (GIARA), this research investigates knowledge, technological, institutional, and informational synergies among actors. It proposes a co-evolutionary path for the digital talent ecosystem based on a demand sensingresource reconfigurationvalue co-creation model. Addressing the current status and challenges of digital talent development in China, the study integrates niche competition theory and factor expansion mechanisms to advocate for a deeply integrated model of the education chainindustry chaininnovation chaintalent chainbrand chain. The ultimate goal is to form a new ecosystem aligned with regional positioning, foster the emergence of new quality productive forces, accelerate the development of high-level digital talent, and drive high-quality regional development. This paper provides theoretical guidance and practical pathways for constructing a digital talent brand cultivation system.
