Abstract


With the profound transformation of Chinas economy and society and the advancement of high-quality development, the market has put forward higher-level and more comprehensive requirements for the professional qualities of economic and management professionals. The research aims to analyze how ideological and political education systematically shapes students professional ethics, social responsibility and comprehensive abilities through core paths such as value guidance, knowledge integration and practical transformation. The research further proposed specific implementation paths such as optimizing the curriculum system, innovating teaching methods, strengthening practical links and improving the evaluation mechanism, with the aim of providing theoretical references and practical guidance for enhancing the quality of talent cultivation in economics and management and achieving the fundamental goal of fostering virtue and nurturing talent.
