Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Mental Health Education for Vocational College Students

Abstract


With the continuous development of society, mental health issues among college students have become increasingly severe, particularly in vocational undergraduate institutions where students face multiple challenges including academic pressure, employment anxiety, and interpersonal relationships. This study investigates the mental health status of vocational undergraduate students, analyzes the main problems in current mental health education, and proposes corresponding improvement strategies. These findings aim to provide references for university counselors and promote the effective implementation of student mental health education initiatives.
