Research on Promoting the Construction of Professional Ethics and Style of Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities in the New Era: Based on the Conjugate of Environmental Atmosphere and Individual Endowment

Abstract


In the context of the strategy of building a strong education country in the new era, the construction of the professional ethics and style of young teachers in universities is facing new tasks and requirements. Starting from the analytical framework of environmental atmosphere individual endowment conjugation, this article explores the synergistic effects of macro institutional culture, meso organizational ecology, and micro interactive norms on the moral identity, professional beliefs, and behavioral choices of young teachers. The study used a combination of literature review, questionnaire measurement, and semi-structured interviews to construct a path model of context cognition behavior for teacher ethics in universities, and examined the matching effects between organizational value consistency, academic evaluation orientation, peer norm strength, teacher moral sensitivity, value clariffcation ability, and professional self-discipline. The results indicate that when the public value of the environmental atmosphere is clear, the incentives are complementary, the rules are predictable, and it is conjugate with the moral self-efffcacy and intrinsic motivation in individual endowments, the teachers ethics and style present a stable and sustainable state; On the contrary, there may be a tension between instrumental conformity, silent cost, and fame academic. Based on this, the article proposes a systematic governance proposal that integrates value guidance, institutional guarantee, cultural incubation, and capacity development, providing a practical path for universities to accurately enhance the professional ethics and style of young teachers.
