Application of Pilates Core Strength Training in Singing

Abstract


The vocal performance requires good posture control and core strength support, and the core strength training of Pilates as a comprehensive physical training method has the potential to be applied in the field of singing.This paper aims to study the application of Pilates core strength training in singing. Through the study of the principle and application of Pilates training, it is hoped to provide singers with more comprehensive and scientific training methods, and improve their singing skills and stage performance.
