Abstract


A motive is something that causes a person to act. We define motivation as the individual internal process that energizes, directs, and sustains behavior. It is the personal force that causes you or me to act in a particular way. Motivation skills defined as the set of processes that determine behavioral choices. So, it is vital for me to carry on more research into this topic to evaluate, structure, and enrich this kind of knowledge in my real work context. Some concepts and tips acquired from research will be discussed in this topic, which will help to understand the importance of motivation skills, and see what kind of changes can bring a better motivation to benefit in the formal life of a human being.
