Research on Implementation Strategies for Integrating Humanistic Care into Nursing Services in the Treatment of Critical and Emergency Conditions
Abstract
Humane care is an important part in ICU, which has direct effect on the curative effect and the recovery of the patient’s body and mind. In this research, we emphasize the importance of CBT, and investigate the key values of CBT and its practicality. It has identified key issues at the competence and system level, and has explored the science of implementing strategies in terms of competence development and system architecture. These results offer theory basis and practice paths to construct an effective nursing system combining specialized care and humane care to improve the quality of critical care.
