Abstract


With the continuous development of society and economy, the construction industry is undergoing rapid changes. As an emerging
model, prefabricated construction has gradually become an important choice in building projects due to its advantages such as short construction periods, low resource consumption, and controllable quality. Through modularization and standardization, prefabricated construction
technology can significantly shorten construction time, reduce costs, improve construction efficiency, and ensure construction quality. This
paper discusses the significance of prefabricated construction technology in construction project management, with a focus on analyzing key
application points in various aspects of construction project management, aiming to provide valuable references for technological innovation
and management improvement in the construction industry.
