Application of Deep Foundation Pit Support Technology in Geotechnical and Underground Engineering
Abstract
architecture, where safety concerns and environmental protection issues have become increasingly prominent. This paper examines the current status of deep foundation pit support technology applications in geotechnical and underground engineering, identifying critical challenges
including insufficient surveying depth, lack of holistic design concepts in support systems, and weak construction management and quality
control mechanisms. Targeted strategies are proposed to enhance diversified survey technologies, establish integrated design philosophies for
support systems, and implement comprehensive quality monitoring mechanisms throughout the project lifecycle. By systematically integrating these technical measures, this study aims to improve the safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of deep foundation pit support projects,
provide technical support for underground space development, reduce engineering accidents, and ensure sustainable urban construction.
