Analysis of Injection Molding Defects in Material Forming and Control Engineering
Abstract
molding directly impacts product performance and reliability across diverse industries including automotive, electronics, medical devices,
and home appliances. This study systematically analyzes common defects in injection molding by examining their characteristics and causes
within the framework of material forming and control engineering. Through research from four core dimensionsmaterials, molds, processes,
and equipmentthe paper proposes targeted optimization strategies. The findings demonstrate that effective defect reduction can be achieved
through proper material selection with pre-treatment, optimized mold design, precise process parameter control, and enhanced equipment
maintenance, thereby significantly improving both product quality and manufacturing stability.
