Analysis of Pressure Control Technology in Material Forming and Control Engineering

Abstract


This paper analyzes the technical challenges and development status of pressure control technology in material forming and control
engineering. It systematically reviews research advancements in key technologies such as high-precision pressure sensors, real-time pressure
distribution monitoring, and multi-point pressure acquisition with signal processing. To address existing issues, the paper proposes solutions
including developing integrated intelligent sensing systems, constructing digital twin models, and optimizing multi-physics coupled control
strategies. These efforts aim to drive innovative applications of pressure control technology in advanced manufacturing fields, thereby enhancing material forming precision and product quality stability.
