Psychological Mechanisms and Implementation Pathways of Children's Media Literacy Education
Abstract
At the present stage, China has fully entered the digital age. Various new media are widely applied in people's lives and studies,
bringing convenience while also raising higher demands on education and teaching. Children's minds are not yet mature, making them susceptible to external interference during development. Additionally, children possess strong imitative abilities. Prolonged use of electronic devices
can adversely affect their physical and mental development. This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of children's media literacy education,
starting from the perspective of psychological mechanisms, analyzes the important role of such education, and proposes several feasible strategies, aiming to achieve the effective cultivation of children's media literacy.
