Research on Improving the Effectiveness of Psychological Education in Public Security Colleges from the Perspective of One-Stop Student Community

Yunxia Xu

Abstract

Psychological education in public security colleges plays a critical role in shaping cadets' mental resilience, professional identity,
and psychological adaptability to high-pressure law enforcement environments. However, traditional psychological education systems often
suffer from fragmented management, limited service integration, and insufficient responsiveness to students' dynamic psychological needs.
From the perspective of the one-stop student community model, this study explores a systematic approach to improving psychological education effectiveness in public security higher education institutions. The research analyzes the structural characteristics of the one-stop student
community, identifies key psychological demands of cadets, and examines the integration logic between administrative services, psychological counseling, and ideological education. The study finds that the one-stop student community model can significantly enhance psychological
support efficiency by integrating resources, optimizing service processes, and strengthening early warning mechanisms. It also proposes a
multidimensional framework involving institutional coordination, digital platform construction, and professional counseling capacity building. The findings provide theoretical and practical implications for improving psychological education systems in public security colleges and
enhancing cadets' overall psychological resilience and professional readiness.
