Exploration and Practice of Digital Reform in University Human Resource Management Courses

Zhuyu Wang

Abstract

Against the dual backdrop of the rapid development of the digital economy and the advancement of digitalisation strategies in education, the traditional teaching model for human resource management courses is no longer able to meet the demand for multi-skilled professionals arising from corporate digital transformation, nor can it fulfil the core objectives of talent development in higher education in the new
era. This paper examines the current state of teaching in university human resource management courses and analyses the practical challenges
facing the digital reform of these courses. It proposes targeted reform pathways across five dimensions: curriculum restructuring, innovation in teaching models, integration of teaching resources, faculty development, and optimisation of evaluation systems. By summarising the
outcomes of these reforms through practical case studies, the paper offers insights and solutions for the digital transformation of university
human resource management courses, thereby contributing to the cultivation of high-calibre human resource management professionals who
possess both managerial competence and digital capabilities.
