Resource and Environmental Monitoring and Analysis based on Big Data
Abstract
With the rapid expansion of big data technology, its wide application in resource and environmental monitoring and analysis has increased. At the beginning of this article, the basic concepts of big data technology and its importance in resource and environmental monitoring are summarized. Then, the data sources of resource and environmental monitoring are elaborated in detail, such as satellite remote sensing,
sensor networks, meteorological stations, etc. The feasible methods for big data collection and storage were explored, and then the plan for
constructing a real-time monitoring system was given. Regarding the data analysis part, the contents of data preprocessing technology, statistical analysis methods, machine learning algorithms and the application of deep learning models were mentioned. By adopting these technical
methods, precise monitoring and efficient analysis of the resource environment can be achieved. Provide scientific evidence for resource management and environmental protection.
