The Path of Improving the Efficiency of Environmental Management in Chemical Enterprises under the Guidance of Green Development

Zengneng Xing

Abstract

This study identifies key challenges in environmental management for chemical enterprises under green development initiatives, including fragmented data monitoring, delayed adaptation to advanced pollution control technologies, and passive compliance responses. It proposes core strategies for efficiency enhancement, outlining concrete pathways: establishing an integrated intelligent environmental data monitoring platform, upgrading circular management technologies for high-pollution substances, and developing a dynamic compliance prediction
management system. The research demonstrates that these approaches effectively address existing management gaps, facilitating a transition
from reactive to proactive environmental governance. These solutions provide practical support for chemical enterprises to align with green
development requirements.
