Synergistic Development Pathways for Corporate Digital Transformation and Strategic Management under the ESG Framework

Li Li, Manman Li

Abstract

Against the backdrop of the deep implementation of the sustainable development strategy, ESG has gradually evolved from an external compliance requirement for enterprises toward an internal core standard that supports the long-term value creation of enterprises. And
digital transformation serves as the core pathway for enterprises to restructure their strategic logic and innovate their operation systems. This
paper proposes optimization pathways from strategic architecture rebuilding, operation mechanism construction, closed-loop value system
cultivation, and other dimensions, aiming to help enterprises overcome the dilemma of the separation between technological investment and
sustainable governance, achieve balanced development of short-term operation objectives and long-term sustainable value and provide theoretical support and practical reference for the high-quality development of enterprises.
