Analysis of the Implementation Path for Urban Renewal of Old Residential Areas Driven by the Low-Cost Economy

Abstract


The low-altitude economy, as an important carrier of new quality productive forces, provides new development impetus for the renovation of urban old residential areas. It is a key approach to solving problems such as limited space and inefficient governance in old residential areas. This article analyzes the value of integrating the low-altitude economy with the renovation of old residential areas, and explores the
implementation paths of the renovation of old residential areas under the empowerment of the low-altitude economy from four dimensions:
spatial revitalization, facility adaptation, scenario application, and institutional guarantee. The aim is to provide a reference for the renovation
and upgrading of urban old residential areas.
