From Visual Renewal to Market Communication: A B2B Pathway for VIS Redesign in Manufacturing SMEs
Abstract
B2B buyers understand and verify. It identifies three tasks: translating firm facts into customer value through purchasing criteria; matching
green and digital claims with process, outcome, and third-party evidence; and placing suitable content at buyer touchpoints. VIS can standardize recognition, organize evidence, and improve touchpoint communication, but the materials support no claim about sales or profit. The proposed approach begins with customer questions and sets evidence as the limit of communication.
