Pathways for Constructing the Teaching Staff of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Private Higher Vocational Colleges Guided by the Spirit of Educators
Abstract
Their teaching staff construction of Ideological and Political Theory courses is facing practical problems such as insufficient development
support, scattered professional development, and weak adaptability in education. This paper reviews the relevant research results of scholars,
elucidates the intrinsic relations between the spirit of educators and the teaching staff construction of Ideological and Political Theory courses
in private higher vocational colleges, comprehensively organizes the construction pathways from spiritual internalization and long-term
mechanism establishment, analyzes the deficiencies in the existing research and proposes improvement strategies, aiming to provide theoretical reference and operational frameworks for cultivating high-quality professional ideological and political education teams in private higher
vocational colleges.
