The Reshaping Path and Improvement Strategy of Enterprise Business Administration under the New Economic Environment
Abstract
The deep penetration of digital technology, the continuous iteration of industrial structure and the continuous update of market
formats together constitute the underlying logic of new economic development, which has profoundly changed the operation form and competition rules of modern market. The traditional business administration system, which relies on a fixed organizational structure, rigid management process and experiential decision-making mode for a long time, is difficult to adapt to the dynamic, diversified and intelligent business
environment under the new economic scenario, and the overall adaptability is gradually weakened. The reconstruction of the competition pattern of market players, the personalized upgrading of consumer demand and the continuous melting of industry boundaries have put forward
brand-new reform requirements for the internal governance mode, operation mechanism and resource allocation mode of enterprises. As the
core governance system for enterprises to coordinate internal resources, standardize business processes and connect with changes in external
markets, the business management model must complete structural adjustment and systematic remodeling in combination with the development characteristics of the new economy. Based on this, combining with the development background of new economy, this paper analyzes
the deep-seated influence of market change on enterprise business administration, summarizes the practical problems existing in the current
stage of enterprise management operation, explores the optimization path of business administration that suits the new business format, and
puts forward the governance improvement strategy that suits the long-term stable operation of enterprises, which can provide corresponding
theoretical reference and practical reference for modern enterprises to improve their internal governance system and adapt to the trend of industry transformation.
