Research on Hydrogeological Problems in Geotechnical Investigation and Design

Abstract


The complexity and uncertainty of hydrogeological conditions bring many challenges to geotechnical survey and design. It is the
key to guarantee the quality and safety of geotechnical engineering to reasonably evaluate the hydrogeological problems such as groundwater dynamic change, seepage characteristic difference and adverse geological action, and adopt targeted optimization design strategies. This
paper systematically analyzes the hydrogeological problems in geotechnical survey and design, and focuses on the optimization strategies of
geotechnical engineering design under hydrogeological conditions, including strengthening hydrogeological survey, optimizing the design of
groundwater control system and taking measures for geotechnical performance improvement. The research results can provide a useful reference for the geotechnical engineering design and construction.
