The Impact of Enterprise Digital Transformation on Applied Talents and Coping Strategies

Abstract

The global digital wave has promoted the transformation of all walks of life. In order to cope with this trend, enterprises have accelerated the pace of digital transformation. However, the digital transformation is not only a technological change, but also involves a comprehensive transformation of the business model, management mode and talent structure. Especially in the aspect of applied talents, the demand
of enterprises has undergone profound changes. This paper will discuss the evolution of the demand for applied talents in the background of
digital transformation, and analyze its characteristics and challenges to universities and enterprises. Based on this, this paper puts forward
countermeasures from the perspectives of university curriculum reform, practical teaching and enterprise talent training path, aiming to provide talent guarantee for enterprise digital transformation and provide guidance for applied talent training.
