Abstract


This article explores the role of human resource management in improving enterprise performance, and analyzes how human resource management can effectively promote employee satisfaction, improve work efficiency, and enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises. By sorting out human resource management and proposing optimization strategies, this paper aims to provide reference for enterprises
to achieve sustainable development in a fierce market environment.
