Research on the Construction of Harmonious Labor Relations in Private Enterprises of Shanxi Province in the New Era

Abstract


Labor relations are an important component of production relations and one of the most basic and significant social relationships.
The harmony of labor relations is not only related to the development of enterprises but also to the stability of society. Building harmonious
labor relations is both an essential part of improving the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and a strong support for promoting common prosperity for all people. In2015, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the Opinions on Building Harmonious
Labor Relations, which emphasized the need to promote the construction and development of harmonious labor relations with Chinese
characteristics, maximize harmonious factors in labor relations, minimize disharmonious factors, and promote sustained and healthy economic
development as well as social harmony and stability.
??The report from the19th National Congress of the Party stressed the importance of perfecting the consultative coordination mechanism
involving the government, trade unions, and enterprises to build harmonious labor relations. In2022, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed
out in the report of the20th National Congress that we should improve labor laws and regulations, enhance the consultative coordination
mechanism for labor relations, perfect the system for protecting the rights and interests of workers, and strengthen the protection of the rights
and interests of workers in flexible employment and new forms of employment, thereby opening a new journey towards further constructing harmonious labor relations. Private enterprises are an important component of the socialist market economy in our country and serve as
a stimulant for economic and social development. Building harmonious labor relations in private enterprises is an essential path for Shanxi
Province to address the increasingly prominent contradictions in labor relations as it rides the wave of reform and development in the new era.
