Research on the Synergistic Mechanism of Employee Mental Health Service and Ideological and Political Work in State-owned Enterprises -- Taking tobacco companies as an example

Abstract


Taking tobacco enterprises as the research object, this paper explores the construction of synergistic mechanism between employee
mental health service and ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises. Through literature research, questionnaire survey and
field interviews, it analyzes the current situation of mental health of employees in tobacco enterprises and the challenges of ideological and
political work, and puts forward the specific path of constructing synergistic mechanism, so as to provide references for improving the level
of mental health of employees and the effectiveness of ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises. The study shows that mental
health services and ideological and political work have complementary functions, and the effective construction of synergistic mechanisms
can comprehensively improve the level of employee management and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.
