The Role and Mechanism of Community Self-governance Organizations in Governance: A Case Study of Y Community in Nanning City
Abstract
With the increasing attention of urban governance in China, the importance of community governance is also becoming increasingly
prominent. As a key component of community governance, community self-governing organizations play a vital role in promoting community
development. Taking the Y community of Nanning City as an example, this paper analyzes its role in the governance from the perspective of
community governance, and probes into the composition of the community autonomous organization and the problems it faces in detail. On
this basis, we put forward some suggestions for the development of community self-governing organizations in our country, aiming at providing useful reference and enlightenment for community governance and public participation in our country.
