Abstract


Cultivating students employability is a key way to promote students employment, improve their professionalism and meet the
needs of social development. Business administration is the main position for modern enterprises to cultivate high-quality talents, students
theoretical knowledge, practical skills are indispensable, but in the past teaching often exists heavy theory, light practice situation, affecting
the cultivation of students employability. Article for business administration professional practice teaching deficiencies, put forward practice
optimization strategy, in order to strengthen the practice of teaching, improve the employability of business administration students.
