Internet + Law: Innovative Paths and Practical Explorations for the Governance of Empty-Nest Elderly in Communities

Abstract


As the social aging process accelerates, the empty - nest elderly problem in communities grows more prominent. Traditional governance methods are limited, while Internet + Law offers new opportunities. This paper explores how to integrate Internet + Law into community empty - nest elderly governance, analyzes relevant theories like Internet + in community governance and laws role. By analyzing
traditional governance flaws and innovative cases, it constructs an Internet + Law governance model for community empty - nest elderly,
covering platform building and legal protection system improvement. Finally, it summarizes conclusions and prospects future research, indicating Internet + Law has broad application prospects in this area.
