Research on the Path of Double-qualified Teacher Studio to Promote Teachers in Vocational Colleges

Abstract


As an important platform to promote the professional development of teachers, the double-teacher master studio of vocational colleges is of great significance for improving the quality of vocational education and cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents. This
study aims to explore how the double-qualified famous teacher studio can effectively promote the professional development of teachers,
analyze their current situation and existing problems, and put forward the corresponding strategies and paths. Through the review of relevant
literature at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of vocational colleges, this research constructs a path model of doublequalified teacher studio to promote teacher professional development, in order to provide reference and reference for the professional development of teachers in vocational colleges.
