The informationization process of archive management continues to advance, and some materials have been digitized for storage
and sharing. The existence of technological limitations and security risks has led to a single sharing mode and increased data security risks.
Platform optimization urgently needs to be addressed. Based on this, this article starts from the perspective of shared development, explores
the existing problems of archive management information platforms, analyzes potential challenges, proposes construction paths and guarantee
mechanisms, and provides practical references for related work.
