Research on the Application of Automotive Exhaust Filters in the Context of Dual-Carbon Goals

Heng Zhao

Abstract

Under the Dual-Carbon goals (peak carbon & carbon neutrality), automotive exhaust filters play a critical role in reducing transportation emissions. This study examines their current applications, technological advancements (e.g., catalytic converters and particulate
filters), and environmental impacts under evolving climate policies. Key analysis includes their contribution to green mobility and alignment
with global sustainability frameworks.
