Research on Knowledge Management Countermeasures in the Environment of Artificial Intelligence
Abstract
exploration. This paper reviews the literature related to knowledge management, analyzes the challenges of knowledge management in the
artificial intelligence environment, and proposes coping strategies. This paper proposes corresponding countermeasures to the problems of
data privacy and security risks, uncertainty of knowledge quality, technology dependence and overautomation, so as to provide help for future
research on knowledge management.
