Abstract

In order to explore the role and measures of business administration under the new situation, this paper will take the literature analysis method to analyze and study it. The analysis shows that under the new form, business administration can adapt to the digital transformation
and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Responding to the dual challenges of globalization and anti-globalization; Promote sustainable development and social responsibility and enhance corporate resilience to deal with uncertainty. In order to realize the above role, we
should build a digital management system, innovate the globalization strategy model, and improve the risk management mechanism. It can be
seen that enterprises should take business management as the focus of work, while learning advanced experience at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, to develop efficient and feasible business management measures.
