Abstract

of the industry. From the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper discusses the training mode of tourism + nursing compound talents, analyzes the problems existing in the current education system, and puts forward an innovative training path based on schoolenterprise cooperation. The research shows that through school-enterprise cooperation, the integrated development of tourism and nursing
industry can be effectively promoted, and at the same time, high-quality compound talents with cross-field knowledge and ability can be cultivated to inject new vitality into the industry.
