Research on the Reconstruction of Risk Management Mechanisms and Its Impact on Innovation in the Digital Transformation

Jiaxin Lin

Abstract

This paper explores the reconstruction of risk management mechanisms in the context of digital transformation and its implications
for innovation-driven development. By analyzing the dynamic relationship between digital technologies and risk governance, it investigates
how enterprises can adapt traditional risk management frameworks to address emerging risks while fostering innovation. The study proposes
a comprehensive framework integrating predictive analytics, agile governance, and organizational resilience, supported by empirical evidence
and case studies. The findings highlight the dual role of risk management as both a safeguard and catalyst for innovation, providing theoretical
and practical insights for enterprises navigating digital transformation.
