Abstract

This paper deeply discusses the two-wheel driving model of the protection and international dissemination of non-material cultural
heritage (intangible cultural heritage) in the construction of Hainan Cultural Free Trade Port. By analyzing the policy measures, innovative
practices and the current situation and challenges of international communication in the field of intangible cultural heritage protection in
Hainan Free Trade Port, this paper elaborated the necessity and feasibility of mutual promotion and collaborative development of intangible
cultural heritage protection and international communication, and put forward the strategic path for future development.
