Multi Dimensional Study on the Influencing Factors of Technological Innovation in Construction Enterprises
Abstract
dimensions of technology, organization, environment, and economy as the starting point, and uses a combination of literature research and
grounded theory to construct a theoretical model of the influencing factors of technological innovation in construction enterprises. Through
in-depth interviews with 30 industry experts and practitioners, 289 initial concepts, 32 initial categories, 16 sub categories, and 8 main categories were extracted, forming a complete indicator system that includes technical basic capabilities, technical application efficiency, internal
organizational management, and organizational resource capabilities. The research aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for
construction enterprises to enhance their technological innovation capabilities, optimize resource allocation efficiency, and strengthen market
competitiveness.
