Legal Protection for the Development of Rural Low-Altitude Economy

Xinchen Bao

Abstract

With the rapid development of emerging industries such as drone technology, low-altitude logistics, and rural economy, the rural
low-altitude economy has become a significant driver of rural revitalization. However, the existing legal framework is insufficient to address
the unique challenges of this sector, leading to issues such as inadequate supervision, unclear rights and responsibilities, and regulatory gaps.
To address these issues, it is necessary to enhance the effectiveness of legislation, construct a multi-level regulatory system, promote local
legislative collaboration, refine specialized laws and regulations, strengthen the protection of farmers rights, and improve dispute resolution
mechanisms. These measures aim to provide robust legal support for the sustained and healthy development of the rural low-altitude economy.
