Study on the Protection of the Rights of Credit Subjects in Credit Repair Mechanisms

Abstract

As the social credit system shows an unbalanced development, people constantly realize that the joint disciplinary system for breach
of trust is only a means of credit construction, and the credit repair system is the purpose of credit construction, but due to the lack of corresponding attention in the theoretical circles, the construction of social credit system has not yet entered the path of standardized construction.
By reviewing the status quo of the protection of the rights of credit subjects, it is found that there is resistance to the exercise of the right to
know, the right to object, the right to supervise and the right to remedy and the right to make statements of credit subjects. In order to fully
protect the rights of credit subjects, explore the promotion of credit system construction, introduce market-oriented credit agencies, improve
credit testing services, improve objection handling mechanisms, smooth objection handling channels and improve supervision and relief
mechanisms.
