Jinze Xu

Abstract

In the contemporary open market environment, enterprises must rely on the principles of managerial economics to ensure their
survival and development. As they expand market scale and increase market share, reducing operating costs becomes essential for enhancing overall enterprise efficiency. Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce market competition, operating expenses have emerged as a
critical factor constraining enterprise innovation and growth. In practice, enterprises should focus on optimizing internal management
systems and mechanisms to fully realize business benefits while effectively controlling costs. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of
significant issues in enterprise cost management from the perspective of managerial economics and proposes targeted improvement strategies and methods.
