Abstract


This paper takes the rural culture of Jilin as the core to analyze the necessity and value of local expression in the design of cultural
and creative products. Sort out the unique cultural resources and rural lifestyle of Jilin region, and summarize the strategies and principles of
local design in light of the current characteristics of cultural and creative product design. Research shows that local design can effectively enhance the cultural identity and emotional resonance of cultural and creative products. Its strategies include delving into local cultural elements,
integrating local natural resources, focusing on the combination of product functions and local characteristics, and promoting community participation in design.
