Exploring the New Model of “Internet + Chinese Medicine” in the Digital Economy Era -- An Empirical Study Based on Yiwu Sanxi Tang National Pharmacy

Abstract

Under the background of the deep integration of “Healthy China” strategy and digital economy, Chinese medicine industry has
ushered in the historical opportunity of digital transformation. This paper takes the national intangible cultural heritage protection unit Yiwu
Sanxi Hall as the research object, applies the rooted theory and multi-case analysis method, constructs the three-dimensional model of “environment-resource-capability”, and systematically explores the digital transformation of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises from the four
dimensions of theoretical framework, enterprise practice, environmental analysis and mode innovation. The study shows that Sanxi Tang has
been able to realize the digital transformation of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises through the The study shows that through the threedimensional transformation of “digital reconstruction of cultural genes, intelligent transformation of service system, and dual-track evolution of organizational model”, Sanxi Tang has formed the “anchoring-leaping” development model that dynamically balances tradition and

tradition and modernity. Sanxi Tang’s development experience shows that the digital transformation of TCM enterprises needs to establish a
three-stage path of policy response, resource integration and service innovation to better meet the challenges of medical quality improvement
and synergistic development of TCM and Western medicine. This study provides theoretical insights and practical paradigms for the digital
transformation of traditional Chinese medicine industry.
