Innovation in Safety Production Management Model for Kilometer-Deep Wells Under the Background of Workforce Reduction and Efficiency Enhancement

Huaju Liu, Denghong Chen

Abstract

With the continuous increase in coal mining depth, kilometer-deep wells face complex disasters characterized by four highs and
one large (high geostress, high gas content, high water pressure, high geothermal temperature, and large burial depth), leading to prominent
contradictions between safety production and workforce reduction for efficiency enhancement. This paper takes the actual production conditions of coal mines as the research object, deeply analyzes the situation and problems faced by kilometer-deep wells in safety production management, and proposes a safety production management model centered on empowering with new quality productive forces and innovating
disaster management models, aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for solving the kilometer dilemma and thousand-person
troubles and achieving safe and efficient development of coal mines.
