Research on International Cruise Service Based on the Satisfaction of Cruise Tourists

Abstract


This paper systematically analyzes the characteristics and development trends of the cruise tourism market, and deeply explores the
main contents of international cruise service and its intrinsic connection with tourists satisfaction. Studies show that the quality level of cruise
cabin service directly affects the overall experience of tourists, and the improvement of tourist satisfaction in turn promotes the continuous improvement of service quality. The article discusses from multiple dimensions such as service content, interaction mechanism, and evaluation
system, providing theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the quality of cruise services. The research results have significant
guiding significance for cruise enterprises to optimize service management and enhance market competitiveness.
