In the current era of thriving digital economy, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) serve as a vital pillar of the national
economy. Their digital transformation and management model innovation have become critical issues for their survival and development.
This paper focuses on the practical challenges SMEs face during digital transformation, exploring innovative management models from
dimensions such as organizational structure, business processes, and decision-making patterns. It also proposes targeted optimization strategies to enhance the digital competitiveness of SMEs and support their sustainable development, providing both theoretical and practical
references.
