Research on the Synergistic Evolution and Capacity Map Reconstruction of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Cultivation System from the Perspective of Business Administration

Abstract

This study focuses on the co-evolution of the talent cultivation system for innovation and entrepreneurship from the perspective of
business administration, and deeply analyzes its current situation, problems and internal influencing mechanisms. By applying methods such
as system dynamics to construct the co-evolution model among various elements of the talent cultivation system, and conducting empirical
analysis in combination with actual cases, the dynamic interaction relationship among each link in the talent cultivation process is revealed.
